Identify anchor tenants, as well as anchors that attract footfall
Evaluate the performance of stores/anchors within the zone — assess traffic/sales/conversions, and make decisions about changing the tenant mix in that area.
Conduct well-reasoned negotiations with tenants regarding rental rates and make decisions on discounts.
Identify problem areas for tenants: inside the store (product assortment, staff, showcases, price strategy) or outside, on the side of the shopping mall.
Assist tenants in improving their performance by evaluating their foot traffic and conversion rates.
